The Service

Numberlink lets you create a simple business website by signing up with a mobile number (OTP) and providing details via chat. Your site is published at a link such as numberlink.io/[your-number].

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You represent that you’re using the Service for business purposes and have the authority to bind your organisation.

Plans, trial, and billing

• Trial: 7‑day free trial (no charge during the trial).
  
• Subscription: After the trial, your plan converts to a paid monthly subscription and auto‑renews each billing cycle until cancelled.
  
• Charges: Taxes may apply. You authorise our payment processor to charge your chosen method. Your bank/card issuer typically sends pre‑debit notifications for recurring transactions per RBI’s e‑mandate framework. 

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from www.numberlink.io/chat, or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, spam, malware, or IP‑infringing material; do not misuse networks or attempt to bypass security.

Your content & licence

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Numberlink a limited licence to host, display, and transmit your content for operating the Service.

Platform IP

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, templates, and branding.

Suspension/termination

We may suspend or terminate for breach, risk of harm, or non‑payment. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.

Disclaimers; limitation of liability

Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims in a 12‑month period is capped at the fees you paid to us in that period. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Numberlink against claims arising from your content or breach of these Terms.

Governing law & forum

India— Tamilnadu. courts at Coimbatore have exclusive jurisdiction.
