Free trial

New customers receive a 7‑day free trial. If you cancel within the trial, no charge applies.

After the trial

Subscriptions convert to paid monthly plans and auto‑renew each month unless cancelled. Your issuer typically sends a pre‑debit notification before each recurring charge under RBI’s e‑mandate norms. 

Refunds

We don’t offer routine refunds once a charge has been made after the trial, as plans renew monthly.

Exceptions: we will review and make good on duplicate charges, processing errors, or where required by applicable consumer law

How to request a review: email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with your account email and payment reference. 

(Publishing clear policies and grievance details is expected under the Consumer Protection E‑commerce Rules.) 

How to cancel

  • In‑product: [Settings ▸ Billing ▸ Cancel].
  • Email: [email protected] from your registered email.
    Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
