Scope

This notice explains how we handle personal data when you use Numberlink to sign up with a mobile number, build your site via chat, and manage your subscription. (Notice and consent language aligns with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.)

Data we collect

• Account data: mobile number, OTP verification data, name, business details you provide in chat.
  
• Content: text, images, and other material you add to your Numberlink page.
  
• Usage/Device data: logs, analytics events, approximate location from IP, cookies or similar tech (if used).
  
• Billing data: plan, invoices, masked payment instrument details via our payment processor.
  
• Support data: messages and metadata when you contact support.
  

Why we use it

To: provision your account and website; deliver and improve the service; billing; prevent fraud/security incidents; communicate about service changes; produce aggregated analytics.

Legal basis & consent (India)

Where required by law, we obtain consent and provide clear notice describing purposes at or before collection; you may withdraw consent at any time (this may disable parts of the service). You have rights to access, correct, and erase personal data, and to raise a complaint with our grievance contact.

Sharing

We use service providers acting on our instructions, such as: hosting/CDN (Railway, Cloudflare, Webflow), OTP/SMS (firebase), analytics (GA4), and payments (Razorpay). We don’t sell personal data.

International transfers

If data is processed outside your country, we use reasonable safeguards via our providers. (Finalise after we confirm hosting/processor regions.)

Retention

Account and content data are kept while your account is active and after closure for record‑keeping, disputes, or as required by law, then deleted or anonymised.

Children

The service is for business users. If you’re under [18], please do not use Numberlink.

Your choices

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.
